The cellulose acetate is made from cotton pulp and acetic acid and is therefore non-petroleum based and eco-friendly! The acetate material is ethically sourced from Italy and Japan and hand crafted in studios in China and Boise, Idaho, USA. 

The brand works very closely with the makers to insure the highest of standards in quality and work ethics. The pieces undergo a 3 day polishing regimen that starts with wood barrel rolling and ends with hand-polished perfection.
